What equipment do I need?
This course comes with two training options. The first option utilizes your body, a band, and a pull-up bar. The second option adds dumbbells to the equation. If you do not have access to a specific piece of equipment, we will be able to offer alternatives that are equally as effective.

How do I access the program?
After you sign up, you will receive an email with step-by-step instructions on how to log in to our app platform and kick off your training. Each training session comes equipped with video demonstrations and the framework for you to log and track your progress.

What If I want to repeat the program when I am done?
You will always have access to the program and can add it to your training calendar as many times as you wish.
