I have an awesome opportunity for you today! As educational institutions adapt to the current reality, one college is taking a whole new approach with a swimming class. The class is focused on how you can become the best swimmer you can be, from technique practices to being a good teammate. As part of this class, I will be giving talks on how to include effective dryland practices as part of a swimmer's training. The topics for discussion were submitted by class participants (all college swimmers).

You have the opportunity to be a "fly on the wall" during these presentations! I have been cleared to share these presentations with you in real-time and help you power your performance.
The Format
On Monday of each week, I will email out the day and time of the live presentation. Then on the day of the presentation, you will get an email with instructions on how to watch. While I will be saving the "face to face" interactions for the college students, you will be able to post questions that I will answer after completion of the live class. You will also get access to any resources that I utilize as part of the presentations.

Week #2: How much dryland is enough Week #3: Using a rower, bike, or other cardio options to help swimming Week #4: Understanding what lactate is and how we train it in the pool and on land Week #5: The importance of a daily mobility routine Week #6: The difference between training and racing WANT IN?
All you have to do is let me know you want to attend so I can send you the information before each class begins! The first class kicks off on Thursday (4/16) at 3:00 pm Eastern. Don't worry! If you are unable to attend the live class, I will send out a link for you to review afterwards. Even if you're seeing this at a later date, you can still access the talks as they are available.
