Our 1:1 custom program gives you all of this and more. With this option, you will access a custom built program that centers around your schedule, regular accountability check ins, and training reviews to track your progress.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM YOUR OTHER OFFERINGS?
Think of this as a party of one! The training program is built around you, your goals, equipment access, competition schedule, and life schedule. Your journey starts with a comprehensive assessment where we learn about your goals and current limitations. Then the program is built out based off of your individual training environment. The program is updated each month as you make progress and we learn more about your training needs. Going away for a trip? Awesome! We will update your training so you can still be effective on the road. Tapering for a big championship event? Excellent! We will make sure you are ready to perform at your best.

What equipment do I need?
The training program is built based on the equipment you have access to! Whether you have access to a fully stocked facility or a few dumbbells and bands, we will make the program work for you. We can also provide insight on what equipment to invest in if that is something you are interested in.

How can I contact my coach?
To start, you will always have messaging and training feedback options right in the app platform. There you will be able to document what exercises were challenging, which exercises were easy, and how the session felt. You can also ask questions about movements or other training questions. You will also be able to send in video of yourself completing movements for individualized feedback and tips.
WHy is this so expensive?
Once you do the math, you will realize this is one of the most cost efficient ways to access a high quality training program specific to your needs. If we were to train in person, you would pay $100/session. With custom training, you get upwards of five or six sessions a week based on your needs. That would be $1000 or more a month!

What is the cancellation policy?
If at any time you feel it is best to cancel your training program, we just ask for a 30-day notice.
How does online training differ from in-person?
If we were to work together in a gym, not only would it be more expensive for you, but I would also be limited by scheduling frustrations. Since we are working together remotely, I do not have any restrictions and can give you precisely what you need, when you need it.
