The training takes into consideration my access to equipment (bodyweight, light training equipment or weights). I like the training app a lot - more than others I've tried, it feels like I have a virtual coach. From the moment I begin my workout, I've got a quick readiness assessment (which helps check how I'm progressing and can indicate overtraining). Bo's designed the workouts themselves in phases. For example, we might begin with a quick warm-up set of exercises; then move to a specific prep set for the work to come; then on to main focus sets that work on strength/balance/conditioning. |
