The workouts fit easily into my training schedule. The exercises were easy to learn because of the instructional video that you can view for each exercise. Bo also took into account my past injuries and adjusted workouts when needed. I like that after each workout session, there is a comment section that you can ask questions and document how the workout went and any other training issues you need help with. Bonus, I love how my body toned and reshaped. I was not looking to lose weight, but I did end up losing inches.

I really liked how you could see how each of the exercises was related to my goals. If you had a question about an exercise, you could always reach out to Coach Bo and he would be very responsive of why we were doing certain things.
